My main fitness goals and motivation to start personal training were to lose a specific number of pounds and change body fat percentage, focus on gaining strength in certain areas mainly upper body and overall body strength, add muscle and improve posture.

Since working with Andre, I have had several positive changes. I’ve learned to make more detailed goals (SMART goals) such as improving in bench press,  learning advanced techniques, and achieving specific athletic performance metrics like hitting certain reps in pull ups. I have been feeling more confident in maintaining a consistent routine and staying motivated due to better understanding of the body and progress. I shifted my mindset from just losing weight to focusing on muscle gain and body composition rather than just the scale. I’ve seen noticeable gains in strength, whether it’s through improvements in lifting weights, performing bodyweight exercises, or even tasks in daily life. Sessions focusing on stamina has led to greater endurance, helping me perform  longer workouts and feel less fatigue throughout the day. The focus on core strength, balance, and alignment has led to better posture, reducing discomfort or pain in areas like the back — this is mainly due to Andre’s help teaching and constant feedback while performing the exercise. Mental health improvements have been equally significant in improving confidence, reducing stress, gets me in a better mood after the session, improving my focus and clarity.  Another main thing for me has been the sense of accomplishment when I hit my goals which further motivates and puts me in a positive mindset. Engaging in regular workouts has helped create structure and discipline, leading to a more balanced and better lifestyle. I have made great progress in areas such as bench press, biceps, triceps, pull ups and several exercises to improve my core muscles.

There have been several positive experiences training with Andre. He customizes the exercise to meet the specific fitness goals and is very supportive and motivating. He has Expert Knowledge and a deep understanding of fitness and technique that made me feel confident that I am on the right track. The explanations behind each exercise and its benefits made the training sessions more educational, which helped me make better choices outside of our sessions too. Andre is flexible and responsive to feedback. If I have an issue or discomfort with a certain exercise, he adjusts it right away or suggests an alternative. This makes the experience feel personalized and focused on my well-being.

Overall, I have had a fantastic experience working with him. The combination of personalized training, expert knowledge, and strong motivation has really made a difference in my fitness journey. I feel healthier, stronger, and more confident than when I started. I appreciate his dedication to helping me reach my goals while also making the process enjoyable. I would highly recommend training with Andre.

My main goals before meeting Andre were to improve balance and increase my energy levels. Andre’s approach to exercise includes a gradual ramp up in intensity which encouraged me to maintain a regular exercise schedule. As a result of weekly sessions with Andre I noticed an improvement in my physical and mental health. Since working with Andre my energy level, flexibility and balance have improved. I highly recommend Andre’s training program!

My main goal in starting the training was just to ensure that I would come into the gym. I always find an excuse not to come in and having someone waiting for me would give me push needed. 

However, during the very first session, I really enjoyed working out with Andre and my goal changed that very first day to becoming the best version of myself. I was in no rush to see major changes, and he definitely had the maturity, experience and the passion to see me succeed. After about three months of my training, I am consistent and actually look forward to the gym and my new goal is to live a healthier life by making better food choices, being consistent in my workouts and building strength and flexibility. 

I also really appreciate Andre’s positivity, professionalism and genuine care and friendship that makes me feel welcome and cared for every time I come for the session. 


I know that I have to adjust my eating habits to see some real change on the weighing scale, but I definitely feel healthier. I have more energy. I feel better about the choices I make and mentally I love that I am giving time to myself. I feel my whole energy has shifted upwards and no matter how tired I am, I always feel better after attending my training. I also feel like I am being a good role model for my daughters because they see me looking after myself and now I have been able to get my younger one also into training sessions (Thank you for your recommendation). I also especially want to thank Andre for introducing me to weight lifting. Never in a million years did I ever imagine I would enjoy it as much as I do. It makes me feel powerful and I am super excited to see how strong I can be. It’s a very positive feeling. I intend to continue my sessions for as long as possible. 


My endurance has gone up. I can do more reps of the upper and lower body workouts. I am stronger and can lift heavier weights. I feel more flexible and less injury susceptible. I have better control of my body movements and am more stable while balancing. One thing that totally surprised me was all the knowledge I have gained during the sessions because Andre always shares the science behind the movement being done. This really helps me with the “mind muscle connection” and that is completely new to me. It is quite interesting for me to understand how my body works. Mentally I feel very engaged in the training session and that helps me with focus and controlling my “runaway” brain. 


I have had trainers before and they have not been bad, but I have always felt that they were a bit immature with how they implemented my goals for my training. I am not sure how to explain it but I always felt them to be in a rush to show results. My experience with Andre has been a very good balance of consistency, patience and goal focused. It helps me to be on track when I know where I am going. I find his training approach to be very collaborative and accepting of the goals I think I can achieve, even when I can feel he thinks I can believe in myself more. Andre is always very positive with lots of good feedback that motivates me to continue to work on improving myself. He has a lot more knowledge about the human body than other trainers I have had before and his passion is very evident. 


I would recommend Andre 100%. He has great knowledge of the different training methods whether using cardio, weights or any other approach and is able to blend different techniques to adapt the training program to individual needs. He has definitely been able to offer me a range of options and scale up or down based on my goals, ensuring that I stay on track. I love it!!
