Andre

Andre is a dedicated trainer here to provide effective, goal-oriented programs to help busy, working-class adults reach their fitness goals (and enjoy the process).

He received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of San Francisco in 2018 where he built foundational knowledge in movement in relation to exercise and fitness. Andre seeks to keep his knowledge up-to-date by reading the latest research in the exercise science industry, as well as up-skilling through different certification courses.

His passion for helping people is driven by strength—to feel and be both physically and mentally strong. He wants you to feel this strength not only in the gym, but outside of it as well throughout your daily activities.

Andre specializes in strength training, functional training, fat loss, muscle gain, and sport-specific training. He combines science and evidence-based methods with creativity to help clients achieve their goals.

In his free time, Andre likes learning new sports/activities, binge watching or catching up on his favorite TV shows, and watching his favorite Bay Area sports teams!
