Giant Steps Fitness provides online services such as virtual personal training sessions, customized training programs to meet specific goals, and habit and nutrition coaching. The mission of Giant Steps Fitness is to help guide you through whatever step you’re at in your fitness journey. Whether you’re just starting or experienced, we believe that showing up is always the first giant step.
You’ll have several options to choose from when it comes to personal training. 1-on-1 sessions will allow you to meet with a trainer for either 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions. Life can get busy and time is valuable, so these options allow you to fit in your sessions when you can!
One of the most difficult things for individuals when it comes to a training program is actually having a plan. With customized programs, you’ll know what exercises to do, how much to do, and you’ll just have to execute. Programs can be customized and updated regularly to ensure that you are constantly progressing toward a goal or a set of goals that you’ve created with your trainer.
Creating a routine, practicing good habits, and dialing in nutrition is another service that is offered. If your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or even maintenance, what you put into your body will have an impact on your performance and your progress. We’ll work with you to calculate and adjust your calorie intake and macro goals to make sure they align with your level of activity for optimal performance and results.
